Cancellation Policy
As my schedule has become increasingly busy (which I'm truly grateful for), I've reached a point where I must enforce my cancellation policy. While I completely understand that unforeseen circumstances arise, it's important to respect the time needed to fill vacant appointment slots, as my livelihood depends on it. To streamline this process, I'll be requiring clients to provide a credit card or Venmo account to secure their appointments.
If utilizing Venmo, it will serve as a deposit. If less than 72 hours notice is given, 25% of the booked service will be charged; for less than 48 hours notice, it's 35%; and for less than 24 hours notice, it's 50%. Your cooperation and understanding are greatly appreciated.
